Solflare Import failed

Describe the problem:
Can’t sync my Solflare wallets (2 different)

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Solflare (both App and a web created wallets)

How did you import data into this wallet?
API, worked in the beginning (couple of weeks ago), but now always giving errors

What have you tried to fix this so far?
tried to sync varies times, deleted the wallet in Koinly and tried starting from 0. Same result. Here’s a copy of koinlys web help popup

Wallet: Solflare (App) (Solana (SOL))
Transactions: 0
Imported with: API

  1. Something went wrong while syncing, try again in a few minutes or contact support.
  2. No transactions found

Thanks for reporting this.

This Solana import issue is known with our product team, who are working on a fix now. Our devs aim to have it back up and running as soon as possible.

We are aware that some wallets have been failing to import correctly. This seemed to be resolved last week, however the product team have since isolated some remaining issues and are resolving these now.

If you would like to be notified by email once this is completed (it is currently ‘in progress’), you can upvote the Canny ticket here: Solana (SOL) API: Something went wrong while syncing, try again in a few minutes or contact support. | API/CSV issues (public) | Koinly - this way you will be notified straight away.

Once resolved, resyncing your wallet should fix it :+1:

I have had a similar problem. Msg = Failed - too many requests.
