Software missing £270,000 in Realized Gains

Describe the problem:

You software showing me at £290k+ in in realized Gains, now its under £30k.

My gain went from £290,000 down to £29,000. I did not sell anything major to make this change or sell at a loss.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

Binance in UK

How did you import data into this wallet?

Everything was running for months fine with API sync, I changed it to CSV after your support team asked. No difference.

What have you tried to fix this so far?

1. Speak with support, changing to CSV important from API
2. Delete other 2 wallets

2. I only buy and sell from GBP/ETH, GBP/BTC in one wallet Binance
3. You can see the red cycle I highlighted its showing my cost basis as £0, this is 100% wrong. It was showing my cost base around £93,000 as you can see print screen on Feb 23rd
