Simple questions about submitting past taxes

Hey so I’m one of the people that got into crypto back in 2017 but didn’t know I had to submitt my capital gains in my taxes. However I only made $1,500 in profits, According to koinly.

I’m being told I shouldn’t worry about submitting it because it’s not a lot of capital gain. I’m from the usa and I am still trying to figure out this whole tax situation.

Also, in 2020 I have a -$500 capital loss. Should I submitt both of these gains/losses from these two different years?
I understand I have to pay for different plans for each year, But idk if it’s a good idea to waste money on something minimal as I’m being told.
