I uploaded the CSV for my Binance Smart Chain transaction history and while it needs some merging I do have a big error that I do not know how to fix.
All of these transactions occurred on Trust Wallet. I bought a lot of Safemoon and I sold most of it at one point, then shortly after bought more to add to the small amount I left behind from the initial sell. All is fine here. There’s a series of transactions which are confusing to me because BSC data isn’t merged.
At the end of 2021 Safemoon migrated to v2 which happens fine in Koinly, I have the correct amount. The final transaction that ever occurred with the v1, however, which took place during those confusing transactions I mentioned above, left a large sum of v1 that Koinly believes I still own.
So I simultaneously have the appropriate amount of V2 and then a sizeable amount of v1 randomly.
I hope this makes sense. I have no idea how to fix this, I can show screenshots if it would help.
I’ve experimented with merging some transactions but it’s confusing, and I don’t really know what I’m doing. As a result of the merges that final migration to v2 which had no capital gain or loss now shows a sizeable loss which isn’t correct so I guess I’ll need to delete that BSC data and reupload the CSV. I don’t know how to fix this or what the problem even is.
If I can fix this I’d 100% buy the service, but this is my main reason for even needing this service which will also lead to a CPA, this is very important to fix.
