This may be due to a bug with the Coinbase API - are the differences huge?
It usually means that there is missing data from the import, but there have been false positives lately.
You can ignore the reported balance notification if the calculated balances are correct, since that is what Koinly uses to calculate the numbers.
The reported balance function is mainly there to flag any differences and make you aware of potential mismatches.
