"Realize gains on crypto → crypto trades" or "Realize gains on liquidity transactions"

Describe the problem:
In the settings, I do not understand the difference between these two settings. So I can not determine if I should turn them on or off.
Realize gains on crypto → crypto trades? or
Realize gains on liquidity transactions?

Please help me understand what these settings do so that I can determine which ones will create an accurate tax report.

Update to this message:
I just noticed that there is an explaination of Realize gains on crypto → crypto trades
in the help. Ok, so I know that I must enable this feature.

But I have not yet found any help for the item Realize gains on liquidity transactions?
An article on this setting would be very helpful.

In the meantime, if anyone can help me understand that setting, I would be grateful.

Thanks

I think that this Koinly article will address your question about the liquidity setting:
