I purchased a tax plan for 2021 instead of 2020. In NZ the tax year is known as the year in which it ends ie. the tax year 2021 is from 1 April 2020 - 31 March 2021. Can I get a refund or change my plan.

Hi Peter I have similar problem I purchased 2022 plan but it was showing 2021 included so I assumed I am getting 2021 report and buying 2022 plan this is for Australia here tax year is July to June I want to know how you can fix this issue but I want plan for July 2021 to June 2022 but able to download 2021 Complete report how can I do live chat no option in your website and do you have app fir koinly for iPhone Thanks Stanley

When purchasing a plan, you will be able to choose which tax year you want it to cover. It sounds like you chose the 2021-22 tax year instead of the 2020-21 plan but this is not a problem since we can just change it to the correct year. Just send us an email to support@koinly.io so we can fix the year of your plan.
We don’t have an app just yet but we are working on it and hope to release a full version later this year
