Describe the problem:
Bought Bitcoin in 2015 and cannot recall the service used. Unsure about withdrawing funds, how to actually send this onto my Kraken account (i am a newbie) . Synchronized it with Kraken recently, but I lack information on the original purchase method or the Exchange/Wallet used at that time. I have no idea how the data is imported onto my account Seeking advice. Regards
I suspect that this wallet was created by a scammer, who said they can help you access the funds?

I’m confused because the amount I bought in 2015 via Post Post in Germany is the same. If it were a scam, shouldn’t the coins be gone by now or transferred to the scammer’s wallet? I can see the exact amount of bitcoins i purchased back in 2015 on Koinly, but I can’t recall the service used to purchase. I provided the banker with cash, and they deposited the money into my bank account then helped me acquire the coins.
I’ve requested a bank statement from 2015 from them; perhaps that could provide some clarity.
Now i’ve connected my kraken account, to try and withdraw the coins but i have no idea why is not working. Like i’ve said, I am new to all this. PS. No one beside me has access to my Koinly and Kraken accounts.
