Hi,
I’ve waitet for some time to reply, hoping this issue would have been solved.
But it is not (sadly).
First: Whats the problem?
I had added an MEXC Wallet a while ago with manual import (CSV) and was happy to try the API now , as it’s integrated: Mexc Global Exchange integration | Integrations | Koinly
However, the API misses many transactions
API: 4 transactions, 2 deposits, 2 withdrawals
vs. CSV 21 transactions, 17 trades, 4 transfers (not even complete as I waited for the API)
Second: Why do I complain?
Yes, I know a can add transactions manually. I use koinly (over accointing btw) to avoid this.
But the real problem is: You say you have MEXC API support, see here: Filing Your MEXC Global Tax Forms | Koinly
I’m trusting on your service. But I can’t at all, if I cant trust you with this single exchange. How do I know that there is not a bunch of manual work in the future?!
So… If you advertise the API support, it should really work. Your answer can’t be “add it manual”. Because then I have to check permantly EACH exchange/wallet, if I might have to add some transactions by hand.
Third: Whats next?
- Can you understand my issue?
- Will you solve this BUG before adding new features?
- How it comes that this is possible? I believe you should have automated tests to compare these kind of issues?
Kind regards
Patrick
