I have been looking for the exchange issues category but didn’ t find.
Describe the problem:
In the latest time 2 accounts based on zpub address are not syncing. Error I get is “Something went wrong while syncing, try again in a few minutes or contact support.”
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
It is based on a BTC wallet.
How did you import data into this wallet?
Importing via zpub address.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
I have been retrying all day (not aware if working in the last days)
Any advice welcome.
