Describe the problem:

I have used Monzo for a month but I didn’t like it, so closed the account but they refused to provide me with the transaction statement for my tax returns.

I added the Monzo to my wallet list but it stated was nothing there.

I intended to use Monzo as my crypto trading bank account as my own bank doesn’t support crypto trading.

I set up a Monzo account transferred money from my usual bank then fund my crypto trading accounts. Well that was the intent so that I can obtain statement and transaction history when required.

But Monzo keeps telling me that I have been scammed instead of supporting my trading. As result I requested the account to be closed.

Now I don’t have access to my Monzo bank statement, even though I have written formally to request the statement nothing happened.

Therefore I have a chunk of money transferred to and from my bank to Monzo bank and to my crypto trading account.

I have the previous account number of Monzo but koinly does not give any section to add bank account details

So I am stuck need any help from anyone who can

Koinly does not support direct integration with traditional banks like Monzo. Instead, you have two options:

1. Upload a CSV file of your Monzo transaction history to Koinly, if available.
2. If that is not possible, create a custom wallet in Koinly and add the transactions manually.

Also, please note that fiat deposits and withdrawals do not result in capital gains, so adding these transactions does not impact your tax calculations.
