Describe the problem:
When I add my solana wallet address from phantom is gives me a API Error: [404], I have double checked that I used the correct address that has tx from 1 year ago that should be showing up on solscan.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Delete and reconnect it and try sync from beginning.
I have the same issue and reported it in the direct chat in my account.
I received this response from a Koinly assistant a few hours ago: There seems to have been a general outage of our APIs during the weekend and Solana is one of the last integrations that is still not functional. It’s something our devs are looking into with the highest priority so should be fixed as soon as possible.
