not much because i have no clue on how to fix this, i can’t even open the CSV-file on excel anymore.
i have contacted OKX customer-service but they could not help me fix it

Missing purchase history error indicates that the data imported into your wallet in Koinly is incomplete. Check out:

Make sure you have exported the files following the instructions in the guide below and imported them without opening the files in Excel.
