I transferred 1.2 LTC to the exchanger from my safepal. The transaction went through on the safepal, I still have 10 LTC left. But when I synchronized koinly in transactions, it showed me that I sent 1.2 LTC and 10LTC but 10 I did not send only 1.2 and there was still 10LTC on the safepal, and koinly shows the balance of 0.99LTC. I transferred 10 LTC to the exchange but koinly shows the transfer is 0.99 LTC. How to fix it? Thank you.
This is how UTXO blockchains work, your wallet sends all the balance then you get a unspent transaction that goes back to your account.
Please ensure you are syncing your wallet to Koinly using an xpub key
