Where do you have this information from? I believe it is stated otherwise in the “Entwurf eines BMF-Schreibens(…)” I have posted a while ago.
The worst thing here is their support. See what I’ve got from them:]
“We’ll be looking into adding tracking of 10y staking for Germany in the future.
As for now, I doubt they have tools to see your staked assets (not advice).”
So basically the support of tax software is telling you you don’t need to do taxes. Great advice!
