Koinly not recognizing all the NFT transactions. Is there a way to integrate the NFTbank data so that all the NFT transactions are clear?

NFTbank for Metamask NFT transations.
How did you import data into this wallet?
It pulls the transactions from my Metamask wallet.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
I haven’t as I’m new to Koinly and want to ensure all the NFT transactions are properly recorded.
