I sold an NFT at a loss, but Koinly isn’t including the initial purchase price in the cost analysis

From the screenshots, it is clear that you purchased the NFT on May 20, 2022, but the cost of the NFT you are selling comes from a transaction on Dec 20, 2024 which has no cost attached. In other words, this token has been deposited in your account more than once.
Review the Dec 20, 2024 transaction and fix the cost by merging the cost and deposit and your disposal will have the correct cost.
