Describe the problem:
Importing transactions directly through Nexo or uploading .csv manually shows incomplete transactions in Koinly. I am missing deposits in USDT and I see a negative balance in USD, while I don’t use USD in my NEXO account.

How did you import data into this wallet?
First via Nexo in-app, then later downloaded the .csv file and imported that manually.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
I have only done these 2 things.
Same, trying to upload Nexo transactions and most of them can’t be processed, especially Top up crypto but also others. I reached out to Koinly, curious to see what resolution they have. Many users are reporting the same issue, not sure why it’s so complicated to fix it.
I have the same issue. “Top Up” crypto transactions are not recognized.
other issue is I am not able to import the transactions directly, looks like broken.
