Missing purchase history issue

Hello!
I have some Missing purchase history issues in several wallets. First, the ‘‘View prior transactions’’ link doesn’t open up anything for me and secondly the article How To Find Missing Transactions doesn’t really explain how to resolve this issue. Can anyone help, please?
Thank you!

I’m sorry I cannot answer this question, but I am the second one who experienced this same issue. I hope Koinly support can see and answer it.

If you own tokens that have Reflections, a lot of contracts don’t track Reflections as actual Blockchain transactions, but payouts directly from the contract. Kind of annoying and notoriously difficult to track since it’s not info that Koinly can suck in from the blockchain, you’d have to manually keep track of the difference in token amounts day by day. e.g. if I have 1,000 xToken, and I get Reflections of 500 for simply holding now I have 1,500 xToken but no associated “purchase” of that 500 xToken Reflection.

Depending on the amount, if it’s negligible enough I’ve had to manually create a “Reward” of the missing amount of tokens and associated amount. e.g. if that 500 token Reflection was just a few cents or dollars I’ll just create a Manual “Reward” transaction, and multiply the amount given by the average token price it closed at.

Not sure if this is the “Right” way to manage these transactions, but logically in the U.S. it makes sense to me to best track the value I’ve been rewarded for holding, and the average amount on the date given. Not professional advice but the best way I can reconcile what I originally purchased, and what I was given and the difference in amount that Koinly seems to be having issues with.

I hope this helps.

Yup, rebasing coins can be annoying.

Another option is to create a “Deposit” Transaction with a $0 cost.
