Merged 2 transactions (NFT purchase) = Missing Purchase history, When not merged no missing purchase history (?)

Describe the problem:
Doing a simple Merge of 2 transactions…a crypto “withdrawal/sent” & a “deposit” of the purchased NFT, the transaction gets converted to an “exchange”, as it should. Sometimes it also results in “missing purchase history” for the exact crypto amount i withdrew/sent. When i un-merge them the missing purchase history warning goes away, even though the withdrawal of xxx crypto is still listed. This doesn’t happened with all my merged transactions for NFT purchases, just a couple.

I’m creating an “exchange” NFT purchase (trade crypto for NFT) as instructed in the Koinly instructions, so not sure why doing that triggers the “missing purchase history” on some occasions.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

Hmm how strange - could be a timestamp conflict?

Only way to know for sure is if you open a support ticket so we can take a look at the account, or have you already done so?
