Lots of errors in my report, please help

Hi I’m having some major issues with my report. It is saying it can’t find prices etc. I think many of these issues arise from private/presales or interacting with certain smart contracts but the trouble is I am beyond useless at reading blockchain. I can’t even find the TX in my wallet for initial presale on one of the tokens.

I’m starting to panic as the “zero cost” sum on my report is enormous and I feel really out of my depth in figuring this out. Any help is hugely appreicated. Thank you.

It told me to copy/paste this info but I don’t really understand any of it.

Hi @Mr_Bettsworth,

Welcome to the Discuss community!!! :sparkles:

I can definitely understand how the ‘zero cost’ sum can look wild with missing purchase histories. Koinly just needs the full transaction data is all! :+1:

To keep using the API, I would suggest resyncing from the beginning to see if that can bring transactions in. Or deleting the wallet and recreating it with API.

Alternatively, using a full transaction history by importing CSV files may provide more/all of the transactions in your Binance Smart Chain wallet.

You would want to use one or the other, and we’ll have instructions for both methods (API or CSV files) on our integrations page.

Please do connect with us if this issue continues. We’ll be happy to look into what is happening inside the wallet. :raised_hands:

Thank you for reaching out and have a wonderful day, Mr_Bettsworth!

Thanks for the swift response Michael. I will try importing with CSV instead of syncing and see if that helps. Thank you.

I’ve also noticed that it seems to have completely ignored a trade made on 1inch. The TX shows a simple trade but it has been ignored by Koinly even after resyncing 3 times. Is this normal? Is there a quick fix to get it to register 1inch transactions? Thanks.
