Describe the problem:
I provided liquidity (2 tokens) to uniswap v2 and got LP UNI-V2 tokens back. The transaction is splitted in two and both are marked as swap. From the interface I can only change from Swap to Exchange, but I don’t see a way to mark as “sent to pool.”
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

Tried to change to Exchange, but it is still not accurate. I would like to be able to tag “Sent to Pool”
