Kucoin will not create an API key for US citizens because there is no way to verify identity. I followed the instructions to get a CSV file. It sent a Zip file even though .CSV was checked. I pulled the zip file to import, but it says “File not valid”. What do I have to do to get this file to import? I’m using a windows10 laptop. Do I have to do something to the file before adding it to import? It is a Excel file and I opened it and tried to “save as” but it says the CSV file already exists, but I cannot find it. What do you suggest?

A zip folder is compressed, and the contents must first be extracted and then individually imported to Koinly.
If you right click the folder, do you see the option to unzip?
