Kraken Missing Purchase History

I have a lot of transactions from Kraken where the purchase history is not shown. I looked directly in Kraken and see that the actually purchase of Crypto for fiat is not listed. I can add a transactions manually, but none of the type of transactions seem to fit an actual purchase of crypto for USD. What is the best way forward here?

It says right there under point 3:
“---- Purchases made via Krakens buy/sell page are not imported via API - use ledgers.csv file instead”

I had the same issue, and I synced with the API, in addition to uploading the csv. The csv contains the buy/sell data from Kraken.

If you’re unsure how just go to the page where you’re asked to upload your Kraken data and there should be a link explaining how to find the csv file.

I will give it a shot. The ledger export has been sitting on queued for longer than a day. I also looked through the ledger in the website and didn’t see the purchase history. If it works I will let you know.

I auto-sync’d (API keys keeps on failing halfway thru the download) my Kraken account and downloaded the ledger.csv. Now I have duplicate transactions on Koinly. Where does one select ‘Skip history’ when auto-sync’ing as mentioned in the Kraken API video? From a very frustrated user.
