Describe the problem:
When I try to buy a plan, you use 2FA with a phone number I no longer have. There is no support phone number, there is no way to change phone number.
I am waiting on this ticket and one other ticket as the only two blockers to filing my taxes.
Please fix.

I’ve tried discuss.koinly.io since it is literally the only way to reach out to koinly support. They do not offer a support phone number, website, chat. They just direct their users to this open forum to discuss personal details about their acount.
If I had known that there are no humans standing by to support users, and that they make it impossible to pay and download a tax form, I wouldn’t have spent the time investing in connecting my portfolio.
Shame on you guys.
Pick up my ticket, look at my account, change my phone number, and unlock my 2020 statements which I have already paid for.
