Koinly calculating USD/GBP exchange rate as 1:1

Good morning,

I conduct all my crypto activities in USD but for tax I am required to declare everything in GBP. However, the exchange rate function isn’t working.

When I convert my base currency (via settings) to GBP, the nominal figure for everything stays the same, just the currency ticker changes. For instance $1 becomes £1.

I have gone between the two multiple times in an attempt to fix, without any luck.

How do I fix this?
