Just need one sample from Koinly support to fix Kucoin "missing transactions error"

If someone could help me withis one example, I can fix the errors for the rest of missing transactions. They are mostly the same error type. So helping me with this one example and showing me how to fix it will let me fix the others by myself

So I have about 25 missing transactions

They mostly involve a missing deposit or the source of the deposit. I basically sent from Coinbase something like BTC so I could swap/exchange it for XRP in Kucoin. Here is a screenshot that clearly shows the receipt of BTC from Coinbase. And this is the source for the next transaction: trading BTC for XRP. But Koinly does not recognize the sent BTC from Coinbase as the source for the deposit to do the trade. How do I CONNECT these two transactions so that Koinly recognizes that the sent BTC is from my Coinbase deposit/transfer to Kucoin. It’s not pairing or matching the source of the deposit (COINBASE) with the trade done in Kucoin

If you can show me how to fix this, I believe I can fix the rest of the transactions which have similar errors.

I’m racing against the clock here to turn in my taxes for the extended deadline on Oct 17, 2022. I hope to hear a response soon. Thank you!

Okay, so it looks like the error is related to some dust. You can clear up these purchase history errors by adding manual deposits to Koinly.

Go to the Transactions page, in the top right select Add Transaction. Select deposit, enter the amount missing on the day and be sure the deposit is happening before the withdrawal transaction.

In this case, to clear up the error in the screenshot, you would need to add a deposit of 0.0000000039 BTC.

You can also choose to ignore such minor amounts, as they won’t have an impact on your overall gains.
