Invoice for payment not present

I bought the Koinly basic plan for $69 on April 16, 2024. It’s recorded in my credit card transactions and I received an email receipt from Koinly. However I never received a proper invoice and I’m having multiple problems trying to report my transactions.

Everything I can think of. I’ve been trying for 3 days.

You can find your invoice on the Settings > Invoices tab. You should be able to download it directly by clicking this button:

Regarding the Exodus wallet, please can you describe the issues you’re having and I’ll do my best to help?
