Importing Luno wallet CSV doesn't process properly

Describe the problem:
Luno treats each component of a trade as deposit/withdrawal. E.g. fee is withdrawal, fiat that i used to pay is considered a withdrawal and the asset i bought is considered a deposit

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
Generate csv statement for each wallet and import using the csv functionality on coinly.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
I have tried connecting the API, but it says “Beta access required”. I have enabled beta access on Luno so I assume that this refers to a koinly beta of some sorts.

I’ve had the same problem with the API.

he issue with CSV importing is that you have to manual edit it to ensure that each trade is recorded correctly between wallets (there is no single CSV export for all wallets available)

I am having the same problem, enabling beta access does nothing.
CSV import is messy.

I clicked on the Troubleshoot link as this was the same issue I faced.
The advice at the moment is as follows:

  1. requires beta access

You should upload your CSV files for now, we will notify you when this wallet comes out of beta and can be auto-synced.
