Importing data from etoro

I’m trying to import my transactions from etoro via excel file.

Each time it spends a while importing and then says “Oops, something went wrong… Unknown error occurred” and nothing gets imported.

I’ve checked the file on google docs and everything seems correct.

Any idea what could be the issue?

Wallet: eToro (eToro)
Transactions: 0
Imported with: CSV

I had the same issue first, but it worked when I changed language on eToro to English.

is about “commas” or csv format?
