Imported/synced my wallets but tax summary says $0 for all

Describe the problem:
Hi, just trying to see what I am doing wrong - I imported my wallets. They are all good.

In the Tax summary section and the downloadable report - it just mentions $0 for everything.

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Binance + Coinjar

How did you import data into this wallet?
1 wallet was Sync and 1 was import CSV.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tried to read the Koinly FAQ, watched the setup video. Not found an answer yet.

Hi Nick,

There are a few possible reasons for this.

  1. The system might show $0 if it hasn’t finished calculating everything. You will see a pop-up window in the left corner that will disappear when the calculations are finished.

  2. Your account could have $0 in gains/income/costs if you only had purchases during the tax year and no disposals.

  3. Your account will stop updating if you have exceeded the total number of transactions allowed by your plan. For Free accounts, the calculations will stop if you have more than 10k transactions.
