Import the CSV file instead. So delete the exchange from Koinly, go to Binance and download the statements. Binance has a 3 month cap on it, so if you need the full 12 months you have to export 4 files.
In binance its, Wallet > fiat and spot > (top right) Deposit Withdraw History > (top right again) generate all statements.
Hi and thanks for the replay the problem also is Binance does not have records of deposits and withdrawals? I have selected dates that should show on cash amounts.
I have had lots of problems with the Binance API. I think the problem is at Binance, not Koinly.
It seems that Binance only exports fiat deposits and purchases in the API, it misses a lot of crypto-to-crypto trades, which you need to enter manually.
Importing with a csv file should work better
