How to report 10 Ethereum accounts to a wallet or the blockchain

I have at least 10 accounts to be filed tax report. But I can connect only one account in the blockchain. How to report 10 accounts ?

Did you setup each one as a blockchain with its own unique address(es)? Cheers.
