my Jup balance shows as 0 because they’re all staked on jup.ag

Thanks for reaching out. 
Are the staking transactions importing as Sends and Deposits? If so, you just need to tag them with the pool labels so Koinly knows you are staking them. Take a look here which explains how to do that:
