I am sorry to say, Koinly does not have access to any user funds. We are a tax reporting platform where you can import data using API/Blockchain connections, but also input data manually.
It is likely that you are being influenced by scammers who have informed you that you hold a significant amount of Bitcoin, and must pay a “tax” or “withdrawal fee” to access the funds. This is false, these transactions you see on Koinly have been created manually to trick you.
Please stay vigilant, and do not send funds in the hopes of accessing a “long lost” fortune - if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is.
