HEX staking needs Koinly support

when staking hex the staking reward is collected with the principle amount after the time is served.

example Stake 10,000 Hex tag as “sent to pool” when stake ends i receive 11,000 hex so i tag as "removed from pool’ but the the transaction has an error missing purchase history for 1,000 hex missing. The 1000 hex is the reward so it wasn’t purchased its earned from the stake.

I have seen that the Hex community has been requesting a solution for this issue from Koinly for a few years now. Please help

Hey!

You need to add a manual deposit in the pool wallet, and tag it as Reward.

To do this, Add transaction > Deposit > Choose the “pool” variant on the main wallet > enter amount > Save

Koinly keeps an internal ledger balance of anything sent to the pool wallet, and since you are receiving more than was sent, this puts the balance in negative.

The reward usually is imported as a standalone transaction, however in rare cases it gets mixed in with the unstake amount.
