Describe the problem:
I’m trying to use the feature: Bulk editing via Export/Import.
Any time I import any file, I get error message: “Action failed: empty file content”.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
I urgently need this feature to work to fix my thousands of Solana transactions (by modifying the Description, then targeting them in-app manually). Without the “Bulk editing via Export/Import” feature, there’s no other way for me to fix my Solana transactions.
How did you import data into this wallet?
Solana API import.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Even if I download a sample file using “Bulk editing via Export/Import”, and likewise re-uploaded the same file back, I still get the same error. Hence I’m sure I got the headings right.
This feature was working fine the last time I checked (approx 3 weeks ago).
