Describe the problem:
Hi there.
I have tried to import CSV file from Hardblock exchange (Australia) but it keeps saying no transaction found.
This exchange is where I have transferred $ from the bank account and transformed it into BTC before spreading it into other accounts (cold storage, binance, etc). In consequence, all my Capital Gain Tax report is totally wrong as Koinly is assuming the cost of purchase is zero. Message received:
Wallet: Hardblock (Hardblock)
Transactions: 0
Imported with: CSV
- No transactions found
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
CSV downloaded in Excel directly from the exchange
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Couldn’t find any solution so far.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
