Giving a crypto gift in Australia is a taxable event but Koinly marks it as Tax Free

According to Australian Cryptocurrency Tax Guide 2021 | Koinly a “Gift” should be marked as a Taxable event in Australia and thus incur CGT.

However, when marking a transaction as a “Gift” in Koinly, I noticed that is is marked as a tax free event. It is listed under “Gifts, donations & lost coins”.

I have “Australia” marked as my Home Country in settings.

Is this a bug for people in Australia or am I misunderstanding the above document?
