ETH pools not recognized across wallets

Not sure why this was closed without giving me time to respond:

I discovered the issue is that I’m sending coins from Coinbase and another wallet to the same pool (not eth address sensitivity). Yet Koinly just creates pools based on the wallets that sent the coins. Later, I withdrew everything from that pool into the other wallet. Koinly thinks that there is not enough coins in that pool to withdraw because they were sent from different sources.

How do I resolve this @Anakin_Koinly ?

example:

1 coin sent: wallet1 → sent to pool (koinly calls this wallet1 pool)
1 coin sent: wallet2 → sent to same pool (koinly calls this wallet2 pool)
2 coins sent: pool → wallet2 (koinly thinks there are not enough coins in the pool)

Hi Dylan,

Sorry for closing, was a mistake. I’ll look into this and get back to you.

Regards,

Anakin

Ok, my solution was to just modify the transactions so wallet1 and wallet2 send to wallet2’s pool. Then when wallet2 receives from it’s pool there are enough coins.

I didn’t realize you could edit which wallet’s pool the funds were coming from.
