Error when importing a Koinly CSV file of transactions

Describe the problem:
I am importing a CSV file generated by Koinly containing transactions into another account. Regarding only the transactions that are tagged ‘to pool’ and ‘from pool’ within the Koinly CSV, an error occurs and the transactions are not imported, showing the following message:
These transactions were not imported due to errors:

  • 1 row cant exchange between same currency

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?

How did you import data into this wallet?
The generated file is an export by Koinly.

What have you tried to fix this so far?
For the ‘to pool’ transactions, I created a manual transaction of type ‘withdrawal’, and for the ‘from pool’ ones, of type ‘deposit’. I then added the ‘pool in’ or ‘pool out’ tag accordingly. However, I’m afraid of losing some information that is present in the CSV.

How did you export the file? Did you use the Bulk edit in Excel feature?

If yes, this feature is mainly used to edit transactions within one account. If you import it into a different account, there will be issues with transfers and pool transactions.
