I signed up recently to Koinly to evaluate it’s service. I have added by Bybit accounts via API key, and as such everything has been imported fine, except for Element.Black (ELT), which has been wrongly linked to EdenLoop. I have raised a support request 2 days ago, but no reply. Is this normal? If I have tax queries in the future, would it take a few days for support to respond?

Thanks Carl. I will wait for another day if needed. Hopefully you will be able to locate my details, since I had to sign up twice (once for koinly and once for this forum), and I have used different email addresses.
