Egregiously high cost-basis calculated after manually adding Bancor pooling

Describe the problem:
I manually added a few transactions (including the txn hash) that showed that I deposited some crypto into Bancor from my Metamask wallet. Once I resynced Koinly, my cost basis more than tripled. I don’t know how this affects my taxes but just as a way to monitor my crypto holdings, I would like to have a correct cost basis for my portfolio. The value of my portfolio is also a bit inflated. What is going on?

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Bancor and Metamask

How did you import data into this wallet?
Manually. Bancor has no CSV feature. The only thing I can think of is importing all of my transactions from etherscan.io to and from my Metamask wallet, but then what is the point of importing the data through the API? Why doesn’t it work?

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Where would I even begin to fix this? I don’t know. Reviewing my manually-added transactions, I guess.
