Describe the problem:
When adding a Polkadot wallet I get the following error:
“API Error: [404] 404 page not found”
What endpoint is your backend trying to hit?
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Polkadot (DOT)
How did you import data into this wallet?
Never imported, failing on setting up API
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Validate that my public address is correct. Otherwise nothing more i can try as it is a backend problem.

There is an issue with the DOT API but the team is aware of it and is working on a fix:
You can upvote the ticket at the link above to receive an email as soon as it’s resolved. 
I don’t have an ETA, but for anyone who urgently needs to update their wallet, you can either add the missing transactions manually or export a CSV from Polkadot but it will need adapting to one of our templates for it to import correctly:

Update for @Terence and everyone else here, the 404 DOT error has been fixed and your wallets should sync as normal now.
