I’ve been scared to invest in stocks bonds etc because I have no idea how to combine my crypto tax with crypto tax. Is there a way to connect non-crypto exchange API to koinly and for it to do my taxes for this also?

I am afraid not - only crypto for now. We have placeholder tokens users can use to represent stocks/shares, but it can get messy and potentially not a great experience.
We are tracking the feature on the link below, it says etoro but its an umbrealla listing for stock/shares support too.
