Direct to chain On-ramps and cost basis

Describe the problem:
Is there a way to manually add transactions not covered by the list of wallet / services? This is to account for the correct cost basis of directly on-ramping to a chain

Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
I have been using FIAT on-ramp services like transak, ramp and kado do buy cyrpto directly on chain.

How did you import data into this wallet?
I don’t know how to import these

What have you tried to fix this so far?
Tried to identify which transactions / deposits to on-chain address to see if I can assign the correct cost basis. Otherwsie, I fear these would be counted as gains with 0 cost basis.

It appears you cannot set cost basis manually or buys cannot be done manually.

I need to somehow import all these transactions as ‘buys’, but cannot do so as the wallets aren’t supported.

You can import a Deposits CSV, a deposit in Koinly is treated as “BUY” at market value. See the link below to learn how.

I have the exact same issue but for Kucoin. I can “Fast Trade” which means buying USDT directly from my card, but the API doesn’t register the transactions and nor the CSV. If only I could edit the API information to change the “No cost basis” Because its showing up as profit atm.

@Mason_Haynes You would have to add the BUY manually, as a Deposit transaction. See the link above to learn how to do this in CSV.
