Customer Support sucks la

Describe the problem:
A message to your Customer Avoidance Department. I have sent numerous emails to you regarding a problem I am having when trying to sync an account. The update is totally incorrect stating I still hold coins I dispersed of 8 months ago. Thus my future tax statement would be incorrect
For the last 2 weeks I have been persistently reaching out to customer services trying to resolve the matter but all I recieve is WHITE NOISE - NADA! Very. Frustrating Thank you guys

What have you tried to fix this so far?. Improper use of the English language

We do have a delay as we’re in our busiest period of the year, but the longest wait time is 3-4 days, so let’s try and find out what’s going on.
