CSV imported to Koinly has duplicate entries

Describe the problem:
I posted the problem at the below link. I imported a CSV file into one of my Koinly account wallets, but it has duplicated all entries in my Koinly account. The original CSV file is fine and has no duplicate entries.

I also got duplicated entries when I imported a CSV file a couple of days ago. This wasn’t to do with Tezos. Is there a fix for this? I’ve checked the CSV file on my local machine and that one is ok. It would be nice if you could remove all the transactions from a single imported CSV file at once and reimport the file when the problem has been solved.

Duplicates can happen if you are importing a CSV into an API-synced wallet, is this the case?

If not, we would need to take a look at your account to understand why this is happening. Can you get in touch via support? Feel free to send us the CSV file so we can troubleshoot further.
