I have multiple deposit to crypto gambling site, and I won on 50 sports bet and lost on 100 sportbets, do I need to make transaction foreach sportsbet and used Realized loss and Realized profit, or can I sum all bet profits/loss to one transaction?

Whether you can aggregate those transactions is really a matter of your jurisdiction and personal situation, so it is always better to consult an accountant. When in doubt, it is often recommended to report every transaction.
