Describe the problem:
I have an issue regarding the transfers from wallet app to exchange. When registered here in Koinly it doesn’t find or identify the coin I have transferred where later had traded.
Which exchange/wallet is this regarding?
Crypto com App → Crypto com Exchange
How did you import data into this wallet?
CSV from both.
What have you tried to fix this so far?
Still working on it. The problem is that when transferring from app to exchange, it doesn’t show any hash or code which the Koinly system needs to find.
